    This was our first time dealing with Boyd Chevrolet, and from our initial contact until the final sale, it was a pleasant experience. Jay, our salesperson, was great. He was happy to answer all our questions, give us all the time we needed to make our decision, and maintained a pleasant attitude throughout the two-day process. I applaud him for this, as I am a one tough customer and not an easy sell. Go Jay! In addition, the finance person, Thomas, was also very nice to deal with. After we firmly stated our position on what we did/did not want, there was no hard-sell or attitude. The process went smoothly and we were on our way in a surprisingly short time. Thank you Thomas!
