A Fresh New Look
The Suburban’s front-end design received a refresh for 2025, including new Signature lighting. Overall, this Suburban has a bolder, more aggressive stance that adds to its powerful look.
The 2025 Chevrolet Suburban is available in six trim levels:
- LS
- LT
- RST
- Z71
- Premier
- High Country
Certain trims have unique design touches, like skid plates and a high-approach front fascia on the off-road-focused Z71. The luxurious High Country trim is outfitted with Galvano Chrome and black details.
For the first time, 24-inch wheels are available on the RST and High Country trims, giving this full-size SUV an even stronger appearance. Along with these new updates, the 2025 Suburban will be available in two new exterior colors: Cypress Gray and Lakeshore Blue Metallic.
Three Powerful Engine Options
The 2025 Suburban has three engine choices to pick from:
- A 5.3-liter V8 engine that delivers 355 horsepower and 383 lb.-ft. of torque. It’s paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission and is available with either rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.
- The 3.0L Duramax Turbo-Diesel engine is new for 2025. It provides 305 horsepower and 495 lb.-ft. of torque, which is a 10% increase in horsepower and more than a 7% increase in torque. This is the only engine like this offered in its class.
- The 6.2-liter V8 engine is available on the Z71, RST, and Premier and comes standard on the High Country. It generates 420 horsepower and 460 lb.-ft. of torque. It comes with a 10-speed automatic and either rear-wheel or four-wheel drive.
Improved Handling and Ride Quality
For 2025, the Suburban’s driving experience will be even better. It will feature an updated multilink independent rear suspension, delivering a more refined, responsive, and comfortable ride. Magnetic Ride Control is still available on the 2025 Suburban. This feature uses sensors to scan the road one thousand times per second, making near-instant adjustments to damping.
Refined Cabin Experience
The Chevy Suburban’s interior is refined and roomy with convenience and technology features to keep everyone comfortable and connected.
The new interior features a large 17.7-inch infotainment display. This is standard in every model and angled slightly toward the driver for easier visibility. The new screen is paired with an 11.0-inch Driver Information Center–also standard–to keep all the information you need at a glance.
You’ll be able to keep your devices charged with USB ports in all three rows and an available wireless charging pad. The 360-degree camera makes parking a breeze and a digital rearview mirror and head-up display are also available.
